Crew transport

Crew and maritime transport

Crew from Schiphol or Rotterdam The Hague to the ports of Rotterdam, Amsterdam and IJmuiden.

A vessel does not wait for a missed connection. We move signing-on and signing-off crew between Schiphol or Rotterdam The Hague Airport and the quays in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and IJmuiden. Trips are scheduled during the day around the flight arrival — and whether it is two joiners or a full crew change, it comes from the same fleet, with one point of contact and on one invoice.

  • From Schiphol and Rotterdam The Hague to Rotterdam, Amsterdam and IJmuiden
  • From two joiners in a sedan to more than seventy people in one coach
  • Flight monitoring on pick-up, so a delay does not cost you a second trip
  • Invoiced on account for agents and shipping companies, one invoice per period

Possibilities

What can you book us for?

Signing on and off via Schiphol

Crew landing at Schiphol who must be on board the same day, or who have just signed off and need to catch a flight. We meet them in the arrivals hall and drive straight to the quay — with room for seafarers’ luggage.

Crew changes across the port of Rotterdam

Waalhaven, Botlek, Europoort and the Maasvlakte are a long way apart. We plan the trip on the terminal address or berth you give us, not on the city name.

Amsterdam and IJmuiden

Passenger Terminal Amsterdam, the Amsterdam port area and the Felison Terminal in IJmuiden. From Schiphol that is a short run, including for a large group at once.

Cruise calls and crew changes on board

For a call in Rotterdam or IJmuiden we move crew and passengers between the terminal and the airport. Several vehicles at once when the change is large, with one contact for the whole schedule.

Rates

A fixed price per transfer

For crew transport we agree a fixed price per transfer, based on the airport, the terminal address and the number of people. If you book regularly we fix those rates, so you do not have to ask for each trip. Invoiced on account, one invoice per period.

Frequently asked questions about crew and maritime transport

Do you drive at night as well?

We schedule crew transport during the day, within our opening hours. If the flight or the change falls outside them, do call: we look at what is possible per request and will say plainly when it cannot be done.

What do you need to schedule a transfer?

The flight number and arrival time, the terminal address or berth, the number of people and whether there is seafarers’ luggage. With those four details we can confirm the trip and give a fixed price.

Do you meet the crew in the arrivals hall?

Yes. We agree a meeting point in advance and the driver is clearly identifiable at arrivals. If the flight is delayed we track the flight number, so nobody is left waiting.

Can you move a whole crew change in one go?

The coach takes up to 74 people in a single run; smaller crews travel by minibus, people carrier or sedan. For larger groups we deploy several vehicles and coordinate the arrival times between them.

Can we travel on account?

Yes. For agents, shipping companies and offshore operators we arrange invoicing on account; we set that up once, in advance, so the driver has nothing to settle on site.
