We process as little personal data as we need to be able to drive you. Below is exactly what we process, why, for how long and who we share it with.

Who is responsible?
Taxi & Touringcar Van Asselt is a trading name of DriveMe B.V. (Dutch CoC 97554324, VAT NL868107347.B01), based at Spoorlaan 16, 2471 PA Zwammerdam, the Netherlands. For questions about your data, email info@ttvanasselt.nl or call 0172 - 74 85 00.
What data do we process?
If you use the quote or contact form: your name, phone number, email address and — if provided — company name, pick-up and destination address, date and time, number of passengers, number of wheelchairs, luggage and your remarks.
If you call or message us: your phone number and the content of the conversation or message.
When you book: the data needed to carry out and invoice the trip.
What do we use it for?
To answer your request, quote a price and carry out the trip (performance of the contract).
To invoice and keep our records (legal obligation).
We do not use your data for advertising and never sell it on.
Who do we share it with?
Our website runs on Vercel Inc. and our form email is sent via Resend. Both process data solely on our instructions.
For address suggestions and route calculation we use Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. Only the address you enter yourself is sent — not your name or contact details.
For the price calculation we send the pick-up and destination address to our own price calculator.
Google Ireland Limited processes visitor behaviour on this site on our behalf. Without your consent Google stores nothing on your device and receives only an anonymous signal that cannot be traced back to you.
For care and contract transport we share data with the client (for example your municipality or care institution) as far as the trip requires.
How long do we keep it?
Requests that do not result in a trip are kept for a maximum of twelve months.
Data that belongs in our records is kept for seven years, as required by Dutch tax law.
Cookies and statistics
We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used — which pages are visited and where visitors drop off. That helps us improve the site.
Without your consent Google Analytics places no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Google’s script is present on every page and then sends a single anonymous signal that cannot be traced back to you — this is Google Consent Mode, which lets us keep broad visitor figures without tracking you. If you do consent, Google may place cookies. We never place advertising or tracking cookies: we ask no consent for those and they stay permanently off.
We store your choice in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie. You can change that choice at any time below.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data, and you can object to the processing. An email to info@ttvanasselt.nl is enough; we respond within four weeks.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Your cookie choice
You have not made a choice yet. No cookies are stored on your device.
