A wedding day has one thing that cannot slip: the schedule. We drive the couple in an immaculate car and take the guests by bus from ceremony to reception to party venue. You give us the running order, we make sure everyone is there before you are.

What can you book us for?
Guests from venue to venue
Ceremony, reception and party are rarely next door to each other. With a minibus or coach the whole party travels together — nobody ends up hunting for the venue.
A shuttle to the party
From a central meeting point or hotel we shuttle your guests to the venue and back again later that night. Nobody has to choose between joining in and driving.
Family with a wheelchair
Someone in the family who cannot walk? Our wheelchair buses join the same plan, with room for companions in the same vehicle.

One price for the whole day
For wedding transport we price your running order: how many vehicles, how many hours and which venues. You receive one total price including drivers and fuel, agreed in advance.

Frequently asked questions about wedding transport
How far in advance should I book wedding transport?
Spring and summer wedding dates fill up quickly, so the earlier the better. For a date at short notice, call us anyway — often more is possible than you would think.
Does the driver stay with us all day?
That is possible. On a full-day programme the driver stays with the party and drives every trip. Would you rather book only the trip to the town hall and back at the end of the night? We arrange that too.
Can you decorate the car?
The car arrives clean and immaculate. If you would like flowers or ribbons, supply them and the driver will fit them on site. We do not attach anything that could damage the paintwork or windows.
What if the programme runs late?
That happens at almost every wedding. On a full-day programme we follow your pace; for individual trips we agree the new time with you along the way.
