Event transport is priced per bus and per hour deployed. Send us your programme, the expected visitor numbers and the locations — you receive a proposal with the number of buses you need and one total price.

Frequently asked questions about event transport
How many buses do I need?
That depends on the driving time between pick-up point and venue, and on how quickly everyone has to be inside. Give us the numbers and the length of the programme and we will work out the number of buses and the frequency for you.
Can you handle large numbers?
Yes. With our own vehicles and those of regular partners within our group we transport parties of up to more than 2,000 people. You keep one point of contact, even with ten buses running.
What if the event runs late?
For shuttle services we agree an end time with some margin. If it runs longer, booking extra hours on site is usually possible — you arrange that with your contact.
Are the buses recognisable to visitors?
We can place a route or event name behind the windscreen so visitors immediately see which bus they need.
